TESTING

GAME TESTING

I will test my game to make sure it works while I create it. I will also test it after I have finished coding to make sure it works fully as planned. I shall do the testing myself but I shall also ask Sean.to test certain parts of it. I shall be a test buddy for Sean.

Here are the tests:-

Test 1:  The game must have clear instructions for the user. 

Test 2: The game must be error-free.

Test 3: The game must have the meaningful variables of score and time.

Test 4: The game must be documented well in my blog so that I can come back to it at a later date to make alterations to it if needed.

Test 5: Each collecting sprite needs to have 3 states:- normal, bulging, slim and named appropriately.

Test 6: The program has to keep a score of all the collected sprites.

Test 7:The variables score and time should be working.

Test 8:at the end of the game the background should change.

Test 9:when the basket touches a fruit it should change costume.

Test 10:When the fruit touches the basket it should make a popping sound.

My backgrounds and sprites for my game

 For the Welcome screen I made this design because when in game to catch the fruit I chose to make this design so it looks like your in a picnic spot so you will feel that your grabbing the fruit to eat for your picnic.

In the playing screen I used the same background as the Welcome screen but then added a picnic mat and then put the different sprites as well.

 In the Game over background I put a red background with a sign saying game over then also added a big sad face with all the different fruits with a sad face.



And lastly I added a table sowing the different costumes for the basket(normal,bulging and slim) and a table for the fruits(normal, sad face and happy face)
